SR Technics and Air Europa have concluded a four-year extension to the existing
agreement for component support of the company’s Boeing 767-300 fleet.
Under the terms of the Integrated Component Solutions (ICS) accord, SR Technics will provide full component management services including component exchange, component maintenance, repair and logistics as well as access to its consignment stock in Madrid. The contract, which is valued at approximately GBP5.7 million sterling, will commence on 01-Jul-09. Air Europa is a long-standing and valued customer of SR Technics. Services already being provided by SR Technics include component support for the airline’s Airbus A330 and Boeing 737 Next Generation aircraft. In addition SR Technics also provides Wheels & Brakes as well as Auxiliary Power Unit support for the carrier’s fleet and CFM56-7B Engine Services for its Boeing 737NG Next Generation aircraft. Sam Gorman, Executive Vice President Component Services at SR Technics said, “We are very pleased that Air Europa has chosen to continue its long-standing relationship with us”, “We see this as a testament to the high quality, reliability and service that Air Europa has been receiving to date and look forward to continuing to support its operation”.
