OAO Sibir Airlines announces bond Listing

The stock exchange lists series 01 non-convertible paper interest-bearing bearer bonds with obligatory centralized storage and no possibility of early redemption.

The state registration number of the OAO Sibir Airlines bond issue is: 4-01-11166-F of 22.05.2007.
A condition for the listing of the bonds is that they must conform to certain requirements such as issue size, number and sizes of completed transactions, and the reliability of the issuer.

Ilya Alexandrovsky, Deputy CEO of Sibir Airlines said, “The listing of OAO Sibir Airlines bonds increases their liquidity, confirms the company’s reliability and openness, and makes the bonds more attractive to investors,”
