Aer Arann is now offering corporate passengers the opportunity to book conference rooms at their final destination when booking their flights at www.AerArann.com. By integrating the booking system of Meetingsbooker.com, Aer Arann passengers can now access special offers of up to 50% off meeting room hire and book meeting rooms online.

Meetingsbooker.com will provide Aer Arann with a wide range of meeting rooms from conference hotels and venues throughout Ireland as well as a growing number in the UK and Europe. This innovative system allows people to search for venues in different locations, browse meeting room special offers, book refreshments such as coffee and tea breaks as well as select meeting IT equipment such as projectors.

Airlines traditionally include a number of additional products on their websites including hotel rooms and car hire. Aer Arann however, is one of the first to also allow corporate passengers the opportunity to book meeting rooms online. Commenting on the new service, Aer Arann’s Director of Corporate Affairs Andrew Kelly announced  “We are delighted to offer our corporate customers an even more convenient way to plan their business trip. customers can now arrange their travel, accommodation and venue hire in one go as well as benefitting from our great value offerings” he added.

Meetingsbooker.com Managing Director Ciaran Delaney explained
Visitors to Aerarann.com can access meeting rooms through a homepage banner, the ticket confirmation page as well as their e-newsletters. “Business travellers are our main bookers so we are delighted to work with Aer Arann to deliver additional revenue to our partner venues”.
