The Air Berlin Group is increasing its services from Zurich airport in time for the winter season 2010/11 and will be offering direct flights to Alicante starting on 5th November 2010.

American Airlines today announced that it has signed an agreement with Air Berlin outlining a comprehensive codeshare and frequent flyer relationship that will allow customers of each airline to book and travel on the other's network and earn frequent flyer miles as well.

IRELAND : Ryanair, the world’s favourite airline, today (15th July) confirmed that its Bournemouth base will operate on a nine month seasonal schedule as the UK Govt’s £11 tourist tax prevents its operations from the airport being economically viable during the winter months of November, December and January.
