On 06-May-08, Silverjet announced that on 02-May-08, Silverjet Aviation Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Silverjet, had entered into a GBP8.4 million loan facility agreement and that Silverjet had entered into a proposed GBP4.3 million subscription agreement with Viceroy Holdings LLC. On 02-May-08, Silverjet Aviation served a notice under the Loan Facility to drawdown approximately USD5.0 million. Silverjet has yet to receive the full drawdown.

Silverjet announced its passenger and traffic statistics for April 2008, with revenue seats totaling 10,594, up from 3,452 in April 2007, and against seat availability of 15,900. Silverjet also reported Apr-08 load factor of 67%, against 61.6% in 2007.

Silverjet announced an update on its working capital position and that it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with a UAE based investor for USD25 million. The MoU, entered into on 29-Apr-08, provides that approximately USD25.0 million will initially be invested directly in Silverjet by means of debt and equity.

Silverjet announced a special rate offer to EOS customers following news that EOS has filed for bankruptcy. The offer allows EOS passengers booking with Silverjet access to a limited number of seats on the airline's New York to London route for the same price as their EOS ticket. This offer applies to EOS passengers booking with Silverjet before 10-May-08.
